Pyro + Echo was honoured to supply the tiles for the bathroom suites, contributing to this exceptional update.

Design appeal & sustainability focus

Accor Group, a global leader in hospitality, sought a tile solution that could seamlessly integrate with the hotel’s modern design aesthetic while meeting stringent safety and sustainability criteria. 

The tile needed to emulate the timeless elegance of marble, provide an R10 B PTV+36 slip rating for wet areas, and come in sizes that minimized onsite wastage, thereby reducing the environmental impact of the project.

Pyro + Echo met the brief with precision, custom sourcing a marble-effect tile that excelled in both style and functionality. Designed to emulate the timeless beauty of marble, the tiles’ slip-resistant properties (R10 B PTV+36) ensured guest safety in wet environments, meeting the practical demands of a hospitality setting.

Additionally, the tiles were provided in optimized sizes to reduce onsite cutting waste, supporting the project’s sustainability goals
