A design that is cohesive and consistent

A modern, muted palette of natural materials such as hand-selected porcelain tiles, herringbone timber flooring and bronze elements link the reception area, apartments, shared social spaces and landscaped gardens into a coherent, well-considered and compelling unity.

The apartment interiors have been designed with four principles in mind: space, light, pure form, and sense of place. Every element has been carefully considered to create a design that is cohesive and consistent.

A neutral palette throughout creates a sleek and stylish feel with high-quality furnishings and fittings that complement, without detracting from the spellbinding views across the water and landscape.

The feeling of high-quality flows seamlessly through into the bathrooms where a statement black marble feature wall delivers a deeper and richer palette.

A sought after stone, Marquina Marbles draws new lines for luxury. It’s flowing lines and chiaroscuro contrasts brings a vibrant energy, expressing a strong aesthetic character that’s both elegant and personal.

Brass coloured ceiling-mounted showers and tapware accompanies the overall design, adding that extra opulent touch. Glass shower enclosure screens create separate wet areas, and mirrored toiletry cabinets with integral lighting adds practical storage areas.

Each bathroom features a full electric underfloor heating system, making them the perfect spaces to unwind and relax.

This accompanying dark choice of splashback and island, stone kitchen worktops and walnut-veneer kitchen cupboards, results in a homely space, without any intrusive adornment.

A destination in its own right

Behind the stainless-steel and double-glazed glass façade lies one of the largest resident’s amenity spaces in London. Spread across five floors, with three of these floors fully dedicated to amenities, residents will be able to enjoy a cinema, lounges, gymnasium, dining rooms, children’s play areas, landscaped gardens and two double height roof terraces crown the building, that will act as an illuminated marker at night.

These external terraces featuring solid granite slabs, fitted using a range of height adjustable pedestals allowed endless possibilities for the design, layout and use of these outdoor spaces.

Easy to use and engineered for high performance, the extreme flexibility of this support system helped to overcome a number of key design and construction challenges associated with the unique location environments associated with Landmark Pinnacle.

The breath-taking Club Terrace on level 75 is the largest private amenity space ever created at such an elevation in London. Never has there been a more extraordinary place from which to welcome the arrival of a new day, or relax over cocktails with friends, whilst enjoying one of the world’s finest views.
