One Ashley Road is a 183-unit mixed-use development, part of the wider masterplan regeneration for Tottenham Hale, designed and delivered by the team behind the recent regeneration of King’s Cross.

Designed by Alison Brook Architects, this striking hexagonal building is inspired by the area’s industrial past, with facades of warm brickwork and shimmering metal.

The luxurious interiors by Conran and Partners perfectly balance contemporary style with welcoming comfort. The practice sought to deliver a sense of confidence and character to each apartment in the development while using a contrast of warm textures and finishes to accentuate the brightness of the spaces.

The building’s interior architecture combines contrasting textures and finishes against a backdrop of bright, warm neutrals, with wood, metal and porcelain used to speak quietly of quality.

Ambience of understated luxury

1 Ashley Road marks another project completed with Conran and Partners, and underlines their longstanding relationship with Pyro + Echo.

Our partnership with the project showcased expertise in supplying high-quality porcelain tiles.

By providing gloss white hexagon and chevron effect tiles for feature walls and cream and grey stone effect tiles for use in shower areas and floors, Pyro and Echo contributed to the creation of aesthetically pleasing ensuites that offered both style and functionality.

Colour schemes were chosen to provide a calming effect, while also adding a contemporary touch to the ensuites.

A considered combination of high-quality tiles, textures, finishes and a restful monochrome palette, create an ambience of understated luxury.
